I presume the joke, then, is that this is a "dragon sleeper" hold, and presumably, Azura is making sure Female!Corrin isn't so excited by her vacation she stays up past bed time.
It's not really a joke, but it could be. I mean this artist draws Fire Emblem girls wrestling each other. He or she drew female Robin being trapped in a submission by Tharja and her beach babe version in a submission by beach babe Tiki, along with Nowi doing a submission on child Tiki. But in this case, Corrin being a dragon, having Azura put her in a dragon sleeper hold kinda is fitting. XD

I thought "Romero Special" was outdated. I normally hear the commentators call it the "Mexican Surfboard". Anyway, thanks
