    Yeah, I definitely go for Top Gear's references over the Mr. Bean ones.

    I love how, in one of them, Jeremy finds some people who actually drive Reliant Robins, and asks them how they keep it from rolling, and one guy says he throws cinderblocks into the trunk to give it some ballast.

    I did a similar thing with the Camaro I had in high school. Not to keep it from rolling over, just so there was at least a little weight over the drive wheels.

    It's worth noting the vehicle in the Top Gear scene had been rigged up internally to be more unstable so it was absurdly easy to roll for entertainment purposes. The design had numerous issue and wasn't exactly a champion handler even undoctored, but it wasn't a crazy death trap. Their are minimum standards a vehicle has to met to be road legal after all.
