Danbooru just hosts art. It's basically a (curated) third-party repository. If you want to talk to the artist, follow the Pixiv link on the source info on the left.

Artist is ug (ugg), by the way.

Ah thanks for the input, but he hasn't answered on Pixiv in a few days. There isn't a way to see an artist email huh?

Hmm... artist's current status message mentions "on hiatus", and of all the artist's works (on Pixiv) appear to have been removed. Sorry, I'm afraid I can't help you any further.
