Of course, we can assume that magically the artist's drawing style turned Lucky Star-ish when he/she was drawing this and giving the image this aspect was just a coincidence, if that makes you happy.
But I'm not going to re-add the tag unless someone else approves that just the style is enough for the tag.

To be honest, my eyes were drawn to Momiji's cuteness and then... for a brief second, I saw something red in the corner and that's when all hell broke loose in my mind.
