There is a mistake in her name.

She is not the pennant number D627 because the D627 was a T47 class destroyer launched in 1953 and commissioned in 1957. She was the 3rd one to get the name of Maillé-Brézé (and she appeared in the recent movie "Dunkirk" for the anecdote).

This CG actually represents the Vauquelin class large destroyer Maillé-Brézé, 2nd ship to get this name, launched in 1931 and commissioned in 1933.
