Add Artist: OMC (It is literally in a thumbnail at the bottom left).
That's not the artist, but rather a commission site used by numerous artists, based on the artist tags on the omc posts here on DB. Adding said copyright, but leaving artist request and copyright request (likely original, but opting to err on the side of caution).
