Hmm. How come I have to approve Brightlight's uploads even though he's privileged?

Brightlight is not contributor ranked yet, so his posts still have to be approved.

Oh, that's odd. I figured it should be the other way around--invited people have proven themselves and don't need to go through modqueue, while contributors just paid some money and can still upload garbage.

If they're invited for contributing good pics, they'll become Contributor and bypass the mod queue.

If they're invited for translating or similar work, they'll become Privileged and will still be moderated.

That way you only bypass moderation when you've proven that you'll upload good pics.

Oh I see, the contributor status is for people with invites + good uploads. That could work!
