OK... this one seems to be a joke about (probably deliberately) misunderstanding the intent of what the other was saying, but it makes translating it rather hard, since it seems like they're having total non-sequitur lines...

Ahhh, I see, the first panel isn't something Murakumo is actually saying, it's some thought-bubble-type explanation panel. I was really confused as to why Murakumo was suddenly talking about doing laundry.

I actually didn't realize it was an imagine-spot panel until you mentioned it in your comment just now. :-)

Anyway, I was just lucky that the laundry trope had turned up for me before. (It's only because it turned up here as well that I even realized it's a trope, in fact.)
