Might be Bamboo Shoots, since those seem to have been in Wild and Horned Hermit quite a bit lately. Marisa cooks them over rice for Reimu first, then Kasen cooks them for the two heroines.

It's probably chestnut rice in this one, as mentioned by one of the artist's replies on Twitter.
