Well they do need the funds. I guess business was good...until they were forced to use the special cups early. Then it got realllly good.

I actually wonder if they had any of the potion the second time around.

And to be fair, lacing the cup is quite clever. These villains are at least moderately brilliant...if underwhelming in their scope of operations.
