She has been alone, doing solo mission (maybe on map 1-1), and so getting 3x normal exp. Her being high level is not impossible. Even though she is pre-Kai (assumed from her uniform), she has really good stats among destroyers.

That's just what Fubuki does in that game.

When you bring a Fubuki to battle, the challenge isn't winning the match, the challenge is getting that coveted One Man Army medal (for 10 kills) or, if you're really lucky, winning the match single-handed by getting every single kill for your team.

Bot matches can be so hilarious sometimes :P
