結局窓口が空いてる時間に東京にたどり着けなかったので、返金は諦めました。
秋田新幹線が盛岡までで止まったときや、紅楼夢の帰りに早く帰った時はいけたんですけどねー。
多分、行きの東京駅で手続きするのが正解だった気がします(^^;)

Ultimately, I wasn't able to reach Tokyo while the ticket window was open, so I gave up on the repayment.

I could've done it when the Akita bullet train stopped in Morioka or when I returned early from Koromu. I get the feeling that the correct answer was probably to process it at the outbound Tokyo Station. (^^;)
