THAT collaboration's illustration gives such an impression, but suffers from a curse where you can't look, can't look!
This refers to the Mitsukoshi Kashima art, where the damaged art has her removing her ruined designer shirt, revealing her underwear. Given Kashima's already-present hyper-sexualization in fandom, it was immediately seized upon as practically flashing.
