I know that Tokiya has provided official art for Pokémon TCG cards, but in this case I removed the tag official_art and replaced it by official_style because of the conversation below.

Someone asked on Twitter:
"I'm confused. Did you make this for the Pokémon company?"

And Tokiya himself said:
"This is fan art. I practiced. :)"
