This translation seems too literal. I think the translation should be more like "A dictionary is made to be thrown."

It seems to be set up as a dictionary definition, so maybe something like "Dictionary: An object that is thrown" or something like that.

That was what we call an "epic fail translation".

Whoever came up with the ol' "Sticks and stones" phrase never thought about the dictionary...
