To decensor click the spanner icon in the bottom right and set the censor (the checkerboard) to number 8. Also if you could upload it that would be great!

The browser version can't be uploaded here because it doesn't really load properly when it's not on the artist's site (I'm guessing it relies a lot on loading external files from the same server). There is a downloadable version that you can get from the artist's Enty page, and that loads just fine without an internet connection, but it's wrapped up in a .air container (for use with Adobe Air) and I wouldn't be surprised if it needs a lot of manual modification to be made browser-friendly.
Personally I'm not too fussed. Browser-based Flash is quite famously in its death throes anyway.
