Aw I feel really bad for Sakuya. I hope she didn't get injured. It would be such a downer in this state of fast paced comedy, if she suddenly had to be rushed over to Eintei.

The sweatdrop during the faceplant would suggest the situation will be continuing down a comical path.

My bet would be that Sakuya slipped on Flandre's bar of soap. So it might be Meiling's fault, but only indirectly.

At least Sakuya didn't try to bring her pads into the bath. If people think that she wouldn't do that... she probably would.
