So, I'll just post this. When I first saw this, it was tagged with no_panties, but I didn't agree, so I changed the tags, but then, Perv-Ultra changed them back. The way I see it, she is wearing panties, but they're pulled down- you can clearly see them in her thigh gap there- so I replaced the no_panties tag with panties, underwear, and panty_pull. The assumption I've come to is that Perv-Ultra just didn't see the panties the way I did, but I'm certain that that's what's going on here (what else could that be between her legs other than panties? If you look closely, that's clearly what they are), so I'm changing it back to panty_pull... but also leaving this comment, in case Perv-Ultra notices that the tags have changed and comes scrolling down here to find out why.
