Thank you for your comments, I will try my best to produce a better one in the future.
For your information, I used Adobe Photoshop to decensor this picture.
I made good use of the brushes and the adjustable opacity (transparency of the brushes)

its amusingly interesting

looks fine to me, but the seams could be handled a little more smoothly. You can tell the areas that were hand painted to match the surrounding colors. Using the gradient tool, layers, and blur can help in certain areas, same with selections and masks.
