I was already at New Tōmei at the point I went to the Okazaki Service Area, but hey, that's how the story went!
I was doing some driving broadcast en route, so I imagine people who watched it will know, but the rain was so bad, I couldn't see ahead of me. Then the wind took the steering from me, and I was terrified!
Since the Shin-Meishin got shut down immediately, I was glad I left early.
