Is that the Gainax pose? Going off memory, the getup and those side rockets are a pretty strong match. It's been a LONG time since I've watched Gunbuster OR Diebuster, though, so hesitant to tag.

You probably could put it as cosplay. She's got the Gainax Pose, goggles that look like Nono's, as well as something that looks like Nono's leg turrets from when she fights the first Space Monster and shoot down the needle things.
