It's still on Twitter. Nobody complained on Twitter or Pixiv and the artist never said it was wrong to lewd her. Quite the opposite actually. Try to learn some Japanese before you make false comments like this. According to the artist's twitter it was removed from NicoNico because it wasn't tagged R18 and got reported.
