I can't actually view the emoji preceding Tashkent's name properly. Copy-pasting it reveals it's for paella, or a shallow pan of food, but all I see is a black "1" inside a white circle inside a black square. It's apparently not supported on OSX Yosemite.

The way we're headed, I'm expecting emoji to be Turing Complete in the next five years.
