    実況者 is usually applied to a 'live reporter' and whatnot, i.e. not pre-recorded stuff - and a ゲーム実況者 is, indeed, a considered to be 'streamer' (or 'Let's Player') in English. So in this context, streamer (or similar) is indeed the most appropriate translation.
