For reference, this is a parody of a scene from Suiyo Doudeshou's infamous dice trip, dubbed by fans as the "Dannoura Report," where the crew end up rolling the die that sends them to Fukuoka on an overnight bus (this after they already went through an overnight bus ride the night before).
