Added Parent/Child but I am too unskilled at multi-child posts to put in the correct order. :( It keep flipping back to the upload order automatically.

That's how it works, childs are ordered in upload order.

If you want to decide the order you have to either upload them in the correct order or make a pool, what you shouldn't do is making parent/child chains. It's how the site works.
