I'm pretty sure the pool is appropriate but I may be wrong. I just don't think there is any room left for panties for her considering how far that slit goes up and to the side, unless they are ridiculously high cut. And a dress like this you would normally wear panties with, please remove it from the pool if i'm wrong though.
