Sounds about right, and that's sad. But a chinese-looking undead Pokemon with a charm on its head is way less likely to generate heat (that matters). Doesn't even have to look like a panda.

Sometimes I think folk are just being a little too creative or they just look at things that are not there. I myself admit that when I saw Whimsicott I thought Nintendo was sneaking in a reference to black slavery cotton pickers for having a small humanoid shaped being with brown skin under the weight of a lot of cotton. Go figure.
