Nah, this cosplayer apparently just really loves mango ice. I'd love to try this, but the dish isn't really a thing here in the States, at least not on my seaboard.

I think we can sort of gauge that if all the comics over the years are even a little accurate Warugaki can be kind of a ditz at times...
