I'm amused by the fact that, as of now, there are 152 images with the hataraku_saibou tag and 101 with the platelet_(hataraku_saibou) tag. That is, fully two thirds of the "Cells at Work" images feature Platelets. On top of that, there are 73 platelet_(hataraku_saibou) solo so nearly half of them are just Platelet-chan.
You do know you can just click that link after "Source:" in the sidebar, right?

post #3198251 is tagged loli, and when I view it while signed out, it still has a Source link.
The real problem is that you can't search loli posts without a gold account, and you probably can't click on them from your Favorites if you manage to favorite them before they get marked loli.
And the other problem is that you need a Pixiv account to view Pixiv source links, and I think you need a paid Pixiv account to view R-18 Pixiv links.
But try that post link and see what you can get without a gold account. It's worth a try.

You don't. But you have to enable your settings to show them; they're muted by default. Ironically, you have to have a paid account in order to blacklist certain tags.

There are ways to get around the "not being able to visit loli posts because you can't click on them because they are hidden" but you need to know a little bit how Danbooru works.
