As it stands now, it's better to leave it as it is for the time being. Tag what you see, not what you know.

still shouldn't there at least be an 'otokonoko' tag as that tag kinda has to use meta knowledge or else you'd just have all them tagged 'girl'

the proper way to tag trans characters is as the gender they identify as.
