Transformers #26 ( CHAOS part 2) has been out for a bit now, so I thought I'd share one of my favorite pages from the issue. This is Megatron sporting some new battle armor as he prepares to fight against Galvatron's forces.

We went through a couple different versions of what the armor might look like, and I'll try and post some sketches of some of the alternate ideas a bit later.

A special shout out should go to the great Don Figueroa, who designed a great new Megatron design earlier this year. I thought it was only fitting to put an "After Don" on the image, and to put Megatron in a pose reminiscent of one Don had him in on the cover that debuted his new look.

This was a lot of fun to do.
