Not impossible. I can contort my arm into that position. I am a bit double-jointed and it is very uncomfortable, but still possible.

He just sucks at drawing hands.

I have no problem doing this with my hand. What actually bugs me about it how her thumb looks to be bent back and hidden under her armband.

Ignoring that though. I can do that with my left hand.
