When you think about it, it's actualy waay worse. It's not only Bowsette as a girl losing somebody that apparently loved her, but also Bowser itself seeing dead his arch-rival and reason to wake up every morning with another evil plan.

I think he only meant the meme... not as in actual loss for Bowsette/Bowser...
Well, the pills apparently just reverse aging for a set number of years before letting you continue to grow up at a normal rate of time. (Or maybe slower? I mean, the difference between Loli Bowsette and Adult Bowsette can't be more than 10 years, but Mario's gone from presumably a young adult to a seeming octogenarian in the same period of time.) Hypothetically, if you are capable of mass-producing those pills, you've got immortality (at least, in terms of never aging) right there, and can just make Mario young again.
Or, if ghosts are tangible like Princess King Boo, just let him die, then marry the ghost until Bowsette dies, and becomes a ghost, too.
