To be honest, most of Mario's encounters with Bowsette seem to lean toward the positive side.

for the bottom panel. I can see it starting as an argument of whose the Kidnapper and whose the "Kidnappie?"(on the grounds they both have Bowser and Peach in them.". when Mario notice they were not arguing anymore an staring at him. And he could only let out a low "Mamma Mia..."
