I've heard of going to hell in a hand-basket but this poor slob went there in a bucket. I would say he's "kicked" the bucket but that's instant repair solution so he'll be back soon enough.

That's the "finger" on the lower glove. The other fingers don't show enough to think his hands are inside.
The intestine should be that strip on his shoulder badge.
