Except Raikou was never actually a mother. She acted as a surrogate mother-figure of sorts to Kintoki, but she never actually had a child of her own.
That said, it really is criminal that there isn't more art of these two interacting. A part-divine/part-demonic woman obsessed with being a mother, and a little girl/hive-mind wraith obsessed with receiving a mother's love. What could possibly go wrong?

Yeah. I wouldn't be surprise if Raikou went beyond what little Jacky want and proceeded to shove her so far up there that the poor little girl will start regreting her original wish.
