Because Vincentglen Aquiatan created it (today) and all that user's uploads are Fubuki pics, half of which are nude filters that are not going to pass the queue.

Besides that, I presume it's because Aquiatan hasn't been around long enough to see terms like "Fubooty".

Anyway, I'm deleting this pool because there's no reason you can't find anything that would belong in it with two search tags ("fubuki_(kantai_collection) pantyshot" or "fubuki_(kantai_collection) bikini"). (And the search tags pull in more images, anyway...)

EDIT: Or not, someone beat me to deleting it while I was writing that...
