Does this not belong in the "Fancy-Winged Flandre" pool?
I would say no. While the wings and the entire image itself is astoundingly gorgeous, the crystals on the wings are still just crystals. Fancy wings are when the crystals are replaced by something else that is not of distasteful nature. Like iPods!
