Poor Flan. Luckily Meiling there to give her a hug.

I don't know this is heart-warming or soul-crushingly depressing. Either way, I feel terrible and happy... Does that make me bad or confused?

I think it probably falls closer to being heart-warming in that Meiling is there to give Flan a hug which she seriously needs in this.

Though I do feel sorry for Flan (harbinger of destruction that she might be) when it's time for China to resume her duties as the gate-guard.

Meiling will be back after she makes her rounds, after all if Flan needs her she can go to her, but such obedience to her sister, I am sure they can let Meiling stay with her at least till she goes to sleep(Flan that is)
