The gist of the text, thanks to Dankanemitsu, is that she accidentally sent Kakyou-san the pic we're seeing, who proceeded to save the pic to her phone instead of listening to her request to delete it.

Who did she intend to send that picture to?

I'm interpreting it as Kouhai meant to send it to Kakyo-san, after Kakyo-san said she couldn't fit into her school uniform anymore, to show that Kouhai can fit into hers but the picture got sent to Senpai instead. Who has now saved it ^^

• The first "name" seems almost like 耽読 ("absorption in reading"). I'm 100% certain of the second kanji, but not the first. Or maybe it's 既読 ("already read"); same second kanji, different first one.

• The second "name" reads 画像読込_ (one kanji is cut off); 画像 is "image" and 読込 is the verb "to fetch (e.g. CPU inst.); to read (data into a system); to load".

Judging by those two alone, they're not actually names, just descriptions of the posts in question.

...I think you misspelled it this time. It should be "Kakyou" instead of "Kakyo", and "Tawawa" instead of "Tatawa".

Huh. Oh well. I was hoping we could see for sure who she was messaging.

Since they're messaging on Line, the name would only be displayed at the top of the screen. So there's no way to see who's on the other end with that important piece being outside panel.
