I have no idea what the fuck species the judge is, but I know I like the design.

I'm fairly certain she is either a kirin or an Eastern dragon. The toothy look of her mouth makes me lean more toward the latter than the former. I also seem to recall the latter being associated with the celestial bureaucracy, although I could be wrong.

Huge dangly earrings that can whack you in the side of the head when you turn or get stuck on furniture you pass by are also wildly impractical, even if there are some people who wear things like that.

Levia's design has changed a bit since her debut here. Interesting to look back and see how the artstyle has changed and evolved.
