1: Danbooru does not provide 'naked filter' services. Our members would, voluntarily, provide stitches for two-page spread or panning shots, but that's it.
2: Danbooru does not accept request to, nor make request to the original artist (with exception the artist frequent Danbooru and saw your request), since we are booru site that provides archive to highly appreciated art, not artdump site where you put your own 'art', of which nude filters belong to (under derivative works).
3: nude_filter posts are generally frowned upon, except those which is made by the original artist him/herself, usually for money (patreon). Non-artist made nude filter will be tagged as third_party_edit and be subjected to deletion.
TL;dr: Translation requests are fine, nude filter requests are not.
@SnicloMan The overwhelming majority of art on Danbooru is made by people who do not speak English, and Danbooru is a reposting site that those artists do not visit and they do not read Danbooru comments. Trying to ask for something of the artist here is almost guaranteed to not be seen by that artist. Along the left bar, under the tags, you will see the "Source" link, which you can follow to go to the artist's own page, where you can communicate with the artist, but again, this artist is Japanese.
