Actually, if your Bond Level is not 4 or 5, she will not even try to approach you and tells you to GTFO from her. So not maxing out her Bond Level means that you'll be less likely to get into a rock-filled snowball fight with her.

Also, there are some mutha****in' JoJo references. Like the "Menacing" sound effect and one missed opportunity of Kadoc almost quoting Rohan "Daga kotowaru/But I refuse" (He skipped out the 'Daga')

She doesn't approach you because she's a different Anastasia. At bond 2,she's probably more likely to attack you the way she did Kadoc here, had our summoning system not been set up to prevent Servants from betraying us (which is she Lu Bu is stuck as a berserker).

Kadoc summoned her another way and didn't max out her Bond, else she'd cling to him more. Or die for him.

She did die for him though. Hell she took a bullet meant for him, from what I remember.

Funny thing... it isn't set up to prevent that. Amakusa is very blunt about it, as a matter of fact.
