    Hmm, it will be close but I think he will be able to dock.

    Should I remove the skirt, miniskirt, highleg_panties, panties, and underwear tags? Still new to this, but I was under the impression you only tag what you see in the image. I can't find any of those tags so I am assuming they were based off of her normal appearance and not the image. How is this normally handled?

    Yeah, it looks like someone just threw on the usual set of Shimakaze tags without thinking about it. The ones that don't actually apply to the image should go.
