Wrong. Ryuujou is like a cutting board in AC (even the entire Mutsuki-class is bigger than her despite being destroyers & having the same seiyuu) and there are others who are just as flat like Maruyu & Ayanami.

Of course that is still an upgrade in cup-size for Ryuujou as her chest should be concave.
