The more accurate analogy would be John Hurt, the voice of Aragorn in 1978 Ralph Bakshi's Lord of the Rings, demands Peter Jackson and Viggo Mortensen apologize for the Jackson LotR films. While also claiming he knows Tolkien the best, of course.
It's utterly ridiculous, but sadly, it's for real. Zhang's performance was classic, but the charm of it is slowly and surely wearing thin, thanks to all these absurdly ridiculous narcissistic behaviors. The whole Sixology thing is basically a wild monkey show, pun intended.

I don't follow, but I will say that the '78 film aged more interestingly than the newer movies, which just look like over-actioned crap.
