I've added the artist request tag as I'm having trouble finding who is the true artist. The image is coming from sankakucomplex (post 871305) which lists "hayama eishi" and "nari otoko" at the artist.
However, sausenao 5 different entries for this image - 2 on deviantart (different users) and 2 on Pixiv (IDs: 12266688 and 11385317), so I'm not sure as to who the true artist is.

After searching the picture with saucenao, I went with hayama eishi. Hayama eishi and nari otoko are the same artist, apparently. As for the different entries you found in saucenao, one was Hayama Eishi's, another was dead, another was from a deviantart account whose only other post were random low quality drawings and the other deviantart user was only using it as an illustration for a quote.
