I tired convincing the other AzLane players that Mutsuki can perceive the 4th dimension with those eyes.

It's in-game joke for Mutsuki looking at certain shocking thing(s), usually Ark doing surprise adoption to other destroyers.

Nah. Its more of a troll face for her, in fact some IJN DDs do that...

Sometimes you can see chibi Mutsuki wandering around the academy, or you can place her in the dorm to see her. Her idle animation is making that face. Why, no one really knows, but it certainly caught the eye of many people.

One other ship with a rather silly animation is Wakaba, and her addiction to nuts. Hell, her poke animation has a nut being thrown at her.
