I'm really confused as to how to put a copyright tag on these ones. If it wasn't for the following triple-Kongou pages I might've just done away with the kancolle tag and put 'original' instead.

It involves a character that has already been established in previous comics as hailing from a specific work. Even though he's an OC, that qualifies to tag this with the work in question rather than "original" unless it's also established that this appearance takes place outside said work's setting.
